Anne og Tom welcomes you »   Oddevej 20 is the venue for the adults who visit Skagen.   6 large double rooms or 3 rooms apartment for rent on a daily - or weekly basis all year round.   Oddevej 20 is centrally situated in walking distance to downtown, the harbour/port, the beach, Skagens Gren etc.   Large covered terrace, garden with several terraces, lawn and fully equipped kitchens with all facilities.   Feel free to cook in the kitchen or use our outdoor barbeque. Rental conditions                                                                           When booking/reservation is made the following rules apply:   1.        The price is d.kr. 500,- per. double rooms per night including         linens and towels. Annex (room 6) d.kr. 550,- per. night.         NB: Arrival after 6. p.m. must be announced before 5. p.m. on         the day of arrival per. sms or phone. If not announced we will         rent the room to another tenant if possible. 2.        The price for extra bed in a double room is d.kr. 200,- per night         including linens and towels. 3.         Booking/reservation of only 1 night the price is d.kr. 550,- per.          room - annex (room 6) d.kr. 600,-. 4.         Bookings/reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days before         arrival date by paying 50% of the price. 5.         If I can rent out the rooms/apartment to a new tenant lapse         point 3 opposite the first tenant. 6.         Cancellation must be made to this e-mail: tom@picano.dk         or by phone to + 45 40 37 11 88. 7.         Cancellations can not be made later than 14 days before arrival         date. It means that cancellations later than 14 days before         arrival date the tenant commits to pay the full rental amount         deducted with d.kr. 50,- per room the first night. The following         nights i full price. 8.         Cancellations after no.4: The landlord sends invoice to the         tenant payable net cash at designated bank in Denmark. 9.         Cancellations after no.7: The landlord sends invoice to the         tenant payable net cash at designated bank in Denmark.         By lack of timely payment and sending reminders imposes d.kr.         150,- in fee per. reminder. 10.      When booking the tenant gives the landlord the following         informations: Full name, address, zipcode, town and country,         number of persons, mobile phonenumber etc 11.      Payment must be made in cash on arrival or pre-payment to         designated bank in Denmark. 12.      Access to rooms/apartment at 2.00 PM. Delays may occur. 13.      Departure must take place within 11.00 AM.  14.      Arrival and departure: Ask the landlord if you have any special         requirements.  15.      Any damage to equipment, property or similar please promtly         notify the landlord: Phone +45 40 37 11 88. If the landlord         not answer the phone please call :+ 45 22 91 43 06 (Anne)         or + 45 30 20 00 67 (Niels-Jørgen). 16.       PS: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL ROOMS AND APARTMENTS.         Smoking is allowed outside and in the closed garden room. 17.       The prices includes normal cleaning. 18.       Call me if I´m not at home when you arrive. 19.       There is access to kitchen with all equipment. 20.       Distance to bakery: app.. 250 m.
